ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing this website, booking an appointment, purchasing products, or using any services provided by Own Salon Suite Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
SERVICES
Own Salon Suite Inc. provides professional hair care, styling, beauty, consultation, and related salon services. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
PRICING
Pricing for salon services and retail products is determined based on the selected service, hair length, complexity of work, products required, and any additional services requested. Pricing may change without prior notice.
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed in writing. Deposits may be required when booking certain appointments. Deposits are applied toward the total service cost.
APPOINTMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
Clients are encouraged to provide advance notice when canceling or rescheduling appointments. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of deposits or appointment fees. Repeated missed appointments may result in restrictions on future bookings.
REFUND POLICY
Because salon services are personalized and appointment time is reserved specifically for each client, refunds are not provided for completed services. Clients who are dissatisfied with a service should contact Own Salon Suite Inc. within 48 hours of their appointment so concerns may be reviewed and an appropriate resolution considered.
Deposits and appointment fees are non-refundable. Retail products may be eligible for exchange or refund only if unused, unopened, and returned within two days of purchase.
LATE PAYMENTS
Any unpaid balances may be subject to reasonable collection efforts. Clients remain responsible for all charges incurred for booked services and purchased products.
PRODUCT SALES
Retail products are sold subject to availability. Product descriptions and pricing are provided for informational purposes and may change without notice.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content, logos, branding, graphics, text, images, and materials are the property of Own Salon Suite Inc. and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
